UPS EUROPE EXPRESS SHIPPING ( 24/48 H)
How is your shipment sent:
All our orders are sent by UPS (United Parcel Service) and should all be delivered in 24h - 48h.
How to realise an order with us:
- You will have to register as a new user if it is your first purchase.
- Click on the product you desire.
- Choose how many articles you wish to purchase and click on “update basket”.
- Click on “validate purchase”, chose the right delivery details, press “Next”.
- Check your basket details and quoted price and click on purchase.
- Choose your payment option ( Credit Card, Paypal or Bank Transfer) If you chose credit card payment it important that your Enter your web secure code in the 4B secure Server and wait for the validation message.
- Click on “volver a vendedor” ( return to seller in Spanish) to confirm purchase.
- Once you have purchased your order. You should receive it within 24h - 72h.
Important:
- Every time you increase the quantity of a given item, press <<Actualizar Cesta>> (Update Shopping Basket) and the new total price and weight for your order will be updated on the right-hand side of the screen.
- If you want to remove an item from your shopping cart, tick the box on the left of the article and click on update <<Actualizar Cesta>>. The item will then be removed.
Once an article is in the basket, you can come back to it at anytime you want. Once you log in, any item selected which was not bought or deleted will stay into your basket. Just make sure that it is marked as still in stock.

Our international customers can purchase on playocio.com by credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard´s. Payment on playocio are fast and reliable.
Playocio.com only accept cards which are registered for secure internet banking such as "VerifiedbyVisa" and "MasterCardSecureCode". Our customers cards need to be CES authentificated.
Please contact your bank and enquery about the CES secure payment system. The Credit card Payment is our fastest and easiest payment option which has no added charge or commision.
PayPal.
You can now make your online payment with PayPal. This payment option includes a 2.5% commission of the total value of the order + shipping costs. PayPal is the faster, safer way to make an online payment. Payments are made to PayPal directly via web secured servers. All shipping cost and PayPal commission will be automatically calculated by the system.
Payment on delivery.
Now with PlayOcio you can pay on delivery. Simply place your order, click on "pay on delivery", and pay the delivery man when he shows up on your doorstep. It´s that simple!

Shipment costs for Payment on delivery orders:
This Payment mode has an additional UPS commission cost of 5,95€ to be added to the shipment costs cited in the shipment cost table above.
- Shipment costs depend on the weight of the order. All packages for a country in Zone 1 under 0.5 kg will cost 10 €, irrespective of the quantities of articles desired.
(I.E : For 7 wiikey 2 Original + Wii-Clip v14 Soldado which weight 0.07 kg each the shipment cost will be only
10€ (7 x 0.07 kg equal 0.49 kg).
- Shipment costs depend on the weight of the order. All packages for a country in Zone 2 under 1 kg will cost 23 euros, irrespective of the quantities of articles desired.
(I.E : For 10 wiikey 2 Original + Wii-Clip v14 Soldado which weight 0.07 kg each the shipment cost will be 23€ (10 x 0.07 kg equal 0.70 kg).
